A 17-year-old boy has appeared at court charged with sending Lord Alan Sugar an offensive tweet.
The boy, from Preston, Lancashire, pleaded guilty at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, July 29 and was sentenced to an eight month referral to a youth offender panel, £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
He was also ordered to pay Lord Sugar £100 compensation.
