Families wanting to have a good time at the firework display in Chelmsford tonight walked out in fury as drifting smoke prevented them from being seen.The first half of the display, as part of the All Hallows' Eve night, went off without incident but then wind blew the smoke over Hylands House, making the fireworks unseeable.
