A Chelmsford man has pleaded guilty to the arson of a property within his own block of flats.Oliver Button, of Pearl square, Great Baddow, appeared by video link to Chelmsford Crown Court on Monday November 16 to plead guilty to one charge of arson, from the City's prison.He committed the offence on September 5, with damage caused to a neighbouring flat in Pearl Square.He was found to have endangered the life of Judith Bishop or being reckless as to whether her life was endangered.
