A 14-year-old boy from Witham had his bike stolen this morning, for the second time in three months.The boy was on his way to do his paper round when the £500 bike was stolen, from the newsagents on Chelmer Road. "My son does a paper round and he had taken his bike to the shop to do his round," explained his mother, Emma Fletcher. "He was in the shop marking up the papers.
