A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of murder after another man died in a stairwell at a block of flats in Pitsea, Basildon, in what residents believe was a drug-related attack.The un-named male victim, in his mid-20s to mid-30s, was found unconscious shortly after officers were called to a disturbance at around 12.30am today (December 30).Paramedics fought to save the man, but he was declared dead at the scene.
