A man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder returned bail today (January 7).Essex Police were called to a shared home in Avon Road, Chelmsford at around 11.50pm on Wednesday December 2 last year after reports a woman in her 30s had been kicked and punched by a man inside the property.The woman required medical treatment at the scene by paramedics but was not transferred to hospital.Police arrested a 27-year-old man from Chelmsford at the scene on suspicion of attempted murder.He has been...
