A rolling road block has been in place on the A12 after a road traffic accident this morning.The incident took place between junctions 20 at Hatfield Peverel and 19 at Boreham, while Essex Police are also warning drivers that part of the road is flooded.Along with the bad weather, congestion have been reported at hotspots along the notorious road, including from junction 18, Sandon, to junction 19, and around Ingatestone and Shenfield.If you see anything on the roads this morning let us know at...
