The trust that runs Colchester Hospital has been rated as 'inadequate' and should remain in special measures, the chief inspector of hospitals has said.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection, in September and October last year, found that a number of urgent improvements needed to be made to ensure it was safe and effective.
