A deaf 14-year-old boy from Basildon who went missing yesterday morning has been found after an appeal by Essex Police.Arnie Decolongon, also known as Gabby, had been missing since leaving his family home at 4am on Monday morning with a black bag but was found overnight.Arnie has never gone missing before and concerns over the fact that he can only speak a few words meant police were quick to act in attempting to track him down.
