A Braintree Asian takeaway faces a fine of up to £40,000 after two illegal workers were arrested by immigration staff.
Officers visited the Jade Garden in Rayne Road shortly after 5pm on Friday (January 22).
Staff were questioned to establish whether they had the right to live and work in the UK and two Chinese men, aged 40 and 35, were found to have entered the UK illegally.
