A MOPED proved the most unusual find when volunteers joined council workers to help pick litter out of Chelmsford's parks.A total of 40 bags of litter were retrieved from West Park, Admirals Park and Central Park, along with an old bike, plenty of golf balls and the moped.The clear-up on Saturday, January 16, was as part of their Neighbourhood Improvement and Community Engagement programme (NICE) programme.The moped was found by volunteer Steve Miles, who ventured out on to the river in his...
