Police are trying to identify this man following an incident in Witham where a woman had her car kicked and was sworn at. She was parking her black Kia in Newland Street at around 3.20pm on Wednesday, January 27, when an elderly man shouted and swore at her before kicking her car. He also made a rude gesture at her, leaving the victim, who is aged in her 50s, distressed and anxious.
