A dashcam video of Chelmsford town centre shot in the early 90s has surfaced online after the son of the couple who filmed it posted it to a Facebook group.
The six minute long video, filmed by Maureen and Terry Borsey, shows just how much our city has changed over the last couple of decades, with scaffolding surrounding parts of an almost completed Meadows, and the driver making more than one trip down the high street and the now pedestrianised part of Moulsham Street.
