Broken down lorry causing rush hour delays on the Londonbound

Motorists travelling London-bound on the A12 this morning can expect to face rush hour delays after a broken down lorry blocked one lane.The lorry broke down on the Witham bypass between junction 22 and junction 21, which caused queuing traffic back to junction 22, (Witham North).The Chronicle understands the lorry has since been cleared, but that there is still slow moving traffic along the London-bound carriageway around the Witham area.
