Early tickets for this year's Fling Festival in Chelmsford are set to go on sale from Tuesday morning.The early bird tickets for 2016's festival of live music, cabaret and comedy will go on sale from 10am on March 1.This year, The Fling Festival, will take place on Saturday July 2 from 12pm - 11pm in Hylands Park.
