Suspicious men in van approach woman in Chelmsford

Two men in a van were seen acting suspiciously in Chelmsford on Tuesday (March 1).Police have received a report about the men after they pulled over in Beardsley Avenue and asked a woman, 18, who was walking along, for directions at around 1.40pm. They then asked her to get into the van to show them – but she declined.The van then drove off.
