Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was subjected to racial abuse outside a school in Chelmsford. It happened at around 3.10pm on February 9 outside the Barnes Farm Junior School in Henniker Gate.A woman abused another woman who was in a car following a parking dispute. The suspect is described as white, 5ft 6ins tall, of medium build with red brown hair tied back in a ponytail.
