The woman allegedly stabbed to death by her own son outside her Maldon home has been named by police as Amina Begum.The 47-year-old, of Fambridge Close in Maldon, was found "with significant injuries" by police and paramedics in the quiet residential cul-de-sac at around 2pm on Thursday, March 24.Ms Begum was pronounced dead at the scene and a murder investigation was launched.A post-mortem examination has given the provisional cause of death as 'multiple incised wounds'.
