Essex Police have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the theft of a handbag. The handbag, belonging to a woman in her 60s, was stolen from the back of a shopping trolley in Tesco in Maldon at around 2.15pm on March 18. Anyone who recognises the man pictured is asked to contact Pc Dawn Jones at Maldon police station on 101.
