An earlier accident between a car and a lorry on the A130 northbound at Howe Green is causing long delays this morning (May 10).The accident happened on the roundabout going under the A12 around 6.30am.Delays are still being reported back along the northbound carriageway of the A130 and through the village of Howe Green.All lanes have been reopened, but the sheer volume of traffic caused by the accident has seen congestion all the way back to the Rettendon Turnpike.The accident appears to have...
