Delays on A12 southbound where one lane is blocked due to broken

The A12 southbound is affected by delays due to a broken down vehicle blocking one lane of the carriageway. The disruption is between junction 15 at Three Mile Hill, Margaretting, and junction 13 where the road joins with the B1002. It is also affecting junction 16 at the B1007 Stock Road, Margaretting.Congestion runs as far back as Galleywood on the B1007 as a result of a broken down car blocking one lane.
