The man responsible for an illegal waste site that went up in flames and burned for two months near Ingatestone has avoided jail.Joshua O'Malley, 26, of Vale Court, Wheathampstead, St Albans, was handed a suspended sentence at Chelmsford Crown Court on Wednesday (May 18).The fire broke out on August 18, 2014 at the Thoby Priory site in Mountnessing in a 15m high woodchip pile.
