Trains to and from Norwich that stop at Chelmsford are being delayed by up to an hour and a half by signalling problems.The intercity services, which run between London to Chelmsford, Colchester, Manningtree and Ipswich down to their final stop, are being disrupted because of an earlier fault at Stowmarket.
