Police want to hear from a man who helped a woman and daughter after an assault in Witham. The incident, in Holst Avenue, happened at around 4pm on Wednesday, May 18. Police believe the man may have information that could help the investigation.A 27-year-old man from Witham was arrested in connection with this incident, but was later released without charge.Anyone with any information is asked to contact PC Sargant at Chelmsford police station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
