Motorists can expect delays during the rush hour commute this morning (May 31) as heavy rain and high winds clog up major roads across Essex. The Chronicle understands a fallen tree near Colchester is causing major problems on the A12, while a broken down lorry near Rivenhall, also on the A12, is causing slow moving traffic.
