You could be delayed this morning on the A12 as a car is blocking one lane.The broken down car is in the slow lane of the London-bound carriageway of the dual-carriageway between J20 for Hatfield Peverel and J19 for the Boreham Interchange.Traffic is moving through the area, but it is heavy. There is also heavy traffic coming off the road in the Colchester-bound direction at the Boreham Interchange sliproad.
