Police have launched a countywide manhunt for a 44-year-old missing Basildon man, Neil Mattey.Neil was last seen at around 10am on Thursday, September 17 when he left his home in a grey Citroen Xsara, registration MK07 ABX.He was due to meet friends but failed to turn up and concerns are growing for his safety.He is white, of large build, with a bald head and a full beard.
