A man has been released on bail after 23 people were injured, one critically, when a steam engine fell from a lorry onto a bus in Mersea Island yesterday afternoon.A stream traction engine, believed to be on the back of the lorry fell onto the bus, trapping passengers inside, at about 9.50am in East Road, East Mersea.The 44-year-old driver of the bus, from Colchester, was airlifted and is at the Royal London Hospital.He is in a critical but stable condition this morning (Thursday, September 24)....
