Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was in collision with a van following an incident in Marks Tey this morning (Thursday, May 19).The man aged in his 50s and from the local area was driving along the A120 Coggeshall Road towards Braintree in a black Audi A4 shortly before 6.40am.
