A MAN has appeared in court accused of stabbing his mum and her partner to death in their home.
The couple were killed inside a house in Bentfield Gardens on the evening of Wednesday, July 22.
Detectives investigating the murders at a house in Stansted have seized several knives from the scene.
Ms Phillips' son, Brett Rogers, 23, of no fixed address, has been charged with two counts of murder and remanded in court custody to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on September 21.
